Resident Evil Code: Veronica X in the fourth installment in the srvival horror "Resident Evil" series. If this is the first Resident Evil game you are looking to get into, this is the wrong place to start. I recommend that you start at the beginning. Where you will find more about the characters and the story. The first game you should play is Resident Evil Zero, RE1, RE2, RE3 and RE4. The graphics are enhanced from the dream cast video game system version and they are simply amazing, all the characters are carefully molded and you can tell they put a great effort into designing them. The camera angles are the same from the previous games, there is no movement so sometimes you run into your enemies without even knowing it.
Due to the fixed camera angles it can be hard to find your way around the game. The story takes place after the event in Resident Evil 2, Umbrella has created bio weapons which they injected into animals and humans. The virus they created has spread throughout raccoon city and all the people have become zombies. The sound quality in the game can be amazing, it always catches the mood. When exploring an area there will be soft scary music in the background, but when you are facing an enemy the music changes to intense and dramatic. Even though the sound effects are not perfect, the gun sounds can be realistic. If you love the Resident Evil series you will definitely enjoy playing this one.
The game is designed in the same style of game play as the previous Resident Evil games, You will be running around battling herds of zombies trying to collect the keys to open the countless amounts of locked doors.
