Another known strength of Xbox is their resources. Being under Microsoft, which the biggest company in the world today, we can expect that they have billions to spend just to make their console one of the best.

Finally, they have an impressive 3rd party support that will develop games for them.

We know that games are what keep the console alive, and so much connection, Xbox has tons of games for any types of players.

Weakness:

Aside from Halo, Xbox doesn't have phenomenal games. It seems that they need to work more on game developments instead of promoting or improving their game console.
